(Nashville, Tenn.) November 3, 2015Jesus Calling, the #1 bestselling devotional that continues to grow in units sold each year since it was released, has surpassed 15 million copies sold. Now Thomas Nelson is offering new ways for readers to interact with Jesus Calling through an updated, interactive website and daily radio devotionals.

Earlier this year, Thomas Nelson began its partnership with the Salem Media group to provide 60-second daily messages on Eric Metaxas’ show, which is carried on more than 100 stations nationwide and worldwide on SiriusXM Radio. The Jesus Calling radio devotional reaches more than 500,000 people each day through these segments.

Jesus Calling became the first devotional I read from cover to cover and the first devotional I gave to many friends,” said Michael Reed, Senior Vice President at Salem Media Group. “God has used Jesus Calling to impact millions of people around the world. Even more people will hear these daily radio devotionals and gain a deeper understanding of Jesus’ love for them.”

With the growing fan base, Thomas Nelson updated www.JesusCalling.com, a hub for long-time fans of the devotional as well as first-time readers. It offers visitors new ways to interact, and within three clicks, they can find the information that is tailored to their needs. The site includes personal testimonials from people whose lives have been impacted by the bestselling devotional, book club resources, a brand-new monthly video devotional, and many other features.

Laura Neutzling, with Four Eyes Media, has joined the group as brand team leader. Neutzling brings a wide range of marketing experience to the team, having held numerous leadership positions in the Christian and non-profit sectors.

"It’s an honor to have Laura focusing her unparalleled energy, passion, and industry experience on Jesus Calling," said Michael Aulisio, vice president of marketing for gift books at Thomas Nelson. “Her creativity has already helped amplify the impact of this devotional on readers around the world."

Linda Tozer brings rich experience from Christian publishing and ministry to the Jesus Calling team as marketing manager, having spent time at the United Methodist Publishing House and Society of St. Andrew. As a long-time Jesus Calling reader, Tozer brings a passion for the product as she works to create new partnerships, expand outreach to churches, and create new promotional opportunities.

“I’m so proud of our marketing team, under the talented leadership of Michael Aulisio,” said Laura Minchew, senior vice president and publisher of gift books, children’s books, and new media at Thomas Nelson. “This group has done an exceptional job of expanding the reach of Jesus Calling through unique marketing initiatives.”
