Thomas Nelson and Zondervan Announce New, ExclusiveComfort Print® Fonts for KJV, NKJV, and NIV Bibles
First Bibles with New Fonts to Release in March 2017
Grand Rapids, Mich., Feb. 24, 2017 – Imagine how much more enjoyable the Bible reading experience would be if one didn’t have to strain to read it. Thanks to new Comfort Print® Bibles from Thomas Nelson and Zondervan, eye fatigue will no longer cut short readers’ time in God’s Word.
Designed with great precision and purpose, the exclusive new Comfort Print® KJV, NKJV, and NIV fonts will allow readers’ eyes to flow smoothly along the lines of text so they can take in more of the story.

Thomas Nelson and Zondervan teamed up with the world’s foremost Bible type foundry, 2K/DENMARK, to develop three proprietary typefaces for the Thomas Nelson KJV, the Thomas Nelson NKJV, and the Zondervan NIV. Each of these handcrafted typefaces is comprised of multiple fonts, drawing out the character of these special translations while simultaneously making Bible reading more comfortable and enjoyable. The first new Comfort Print® Bibles will release in March in the KJV translation.
