CAROL STREAM, Ill.—September 16, 2022—Tyndale House Publishers is pleased to announce that three of its novels and authors have been named 2022 Carol Award winners by ACFW (American Christian Fiction Writers). According to its website, ACFW is a professional organization devoted to the craft of Christian fiction. Its mission is to “help you tell your stories by inspiring you to partner with God in the creative process, learn the craft, and find your audience.” The Carol Awards honor Christian fiction published in the previous calendar year. Also announced during the virtual and in-person gala was the Editor of the Year award, presented to Tyndale senior acquisitions editor Stephanie Broene. In response to this, Karen Watson, publisher of Tyndale fiction, shared, “Stephanie is a dedicated and gifted editor. We are delighted by this well-deserved recognition of her talent and dedication to her craft.”
Tyndale author DiAnn Mills was also recognized as Mentor of the Year.
