Grand Rapids, MI—Our Daily Bread Ministries and Discovery House are pleased to announce that two new staff members have joined the publishing team as senior editors. Dawn Anderson and Mike Nappa will acquire books, develop product ideas, and edit. Both bring years of publishing experience and expertise to their new roles at Discovery House.
“I’m thrilled to announce that Dawn Anderson and Mike Nappa have joined our Discovery House team,” Ken Peterson, vice president and publisher said. “As publishing veterans, they bring significant abilities to a staff already rich in experience and creativity. We’re looking forward to exciting new possibilities together.”
For the past ten years, Dawn served as an editor at Kregel Publications. She was shortlisted three times for Editor of the Year with AWSA and ACFW, and has edited numerous award-winning books. She started in the publishing industry in 1988 and spent many years self-employed providing editorial services for various publishers. Dawn said, “I love the mission of Discovery House to feed the soul with the Word of God and am excited to have a part in it.”
Mike has been in publishing for more than twenty years. He has worked at Group Publishing and David C. Cook and has served as chief agent at Nappaland Literary Agency. He’s authored over sixty books, several of which have made the CBA bestseller list. Mike has won many awards for both his writing and editing, and over 1 million copies of his books have been sold worldwide.
Our Daily Bread Ministries (ourdailybread.org) is dedicated to making the life-changing wisdom of the Bible understandable and accessible to all through multiple resources including the well-known devotional Our Daily Bread.
Discovery House (dhp.org) is a ministry under the Our Daily Bread Ministries umbrella, offering resources that feed the soul with the Word of God.
