Benny Tate Shares His Experience With the Holy Spirit, Invites Readers to Enjoy the Abundance of God’s Power and Presence

During his time working on a sermon series in 2016, Tate saw how his research and time spent learning about the Holy Spirit transformed his life, his church and his staff members for the better, forever changing them.
“I studied, prayed, and prepared more than ever before to preach for six weeks on the Holy Spirit,” Tate writes. “I didn’t know exactly what to expect but I believed the Holy Spirit would come and that great change would happen. Tate’s goal is to share with readers the Holy Spirit’s ability to guide, lead and provide for believers. Benny Tate, PhD, has served as senior pastor of Rock Springs Church in Milner, Georgia, since 1990. Under his leadership, the congregation has grown from eighty to more than eight thousand people. Dr. Tate served as president of the Congregational Methodist denomination for ten years and has served as the chaplain for the United States Senate and House of Representatives.
