ECPA Leadership Summit: Best practices for building healthy work culture among remote teams

Building culture and integrating best practices in remote/ hybrid/ in-office paradigms continues to be a challenge for many companies and will be a topic at the upcoming ECPA Leadership Summit, April 29-30, in Nashville. Mark James, business improvement advisor and president of Performance Advisors Group, will lead the session. He joins a slate of speakers who will challenge and encourage Christian publishing leadership teams on a variety of current publishing trends including audio, retail, technology, accessibility, and more.

Janette Oke turns 90 with next book on the way

PW — Janette Oke, who has written more than 80 novels since 1979, turns 90 this month. Her first novel, “Love Comes Softly” (Bethany House), was chosen by pioneering editors Gary and Carol Johnson, who foresaw the need for novels for Christian readers in the modern era. And her next book, “The Pharisee’s Wife” with Tyndale Fiction, releases on March 11.

JStu YouTuber Justin Stuart signs illustrated book series deal with David C Cook

Digital content creator Justin Stuart—the inspiration behind “JStu” and its 12.8 million followers across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok—signs with publisher David C Cook for a new series of illustrated novels blending humor, action and positive values for tweens. The debut title is tentatively scheduled for a fall 2025 release.
