COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.— October 13, 2026 — Align Insight, an imprint of Penguin Random House Christian Publishing Group, welcomes trailblazing athlete, speaker, philanthropist, and NBA Champion Jeremy Lin to its publishing program with his debut book on achieving genuine success.
Known for the cultural phenomenon “Linsanity” during his time with the New York Knicks and for being the first Asian American player to win an NBA Championship, Lin brings hard-earned wisdom, insight, encouragement, and vulnerability to the page in a yet-to-be-titled book scheduled for publication in Spring 2028. A true underdog story defined by resilience, faith, and a relentless desire to make an impact beyond the game, Lin will guide the reader in understanding that true success isn’t defined by achievements alone but by character, perseverance, and how we grow along the way.
World rights were acquired in an exclusive submission by Jamie Lapeyrolerie, Editor at Align Insight, and Madison Trammel, Editorial Director at PRH Christian, from Cindy Uh of CAA.
“We’re thrilled by this opportunity to publish an elite athlete and widely admired role model of Jeremy’s caliber at Align Insight,” said Campbell Wharton, SVP and Publisher of PRH Christian. “Readers are going to appreciate his transparency and his encouragement to achieve meaningful and lasting success in their own lives, success that transcends a single season or pinnacle achievement.”
Lin retired from playing basketball professionally in 2025 but continues to reach people through his speaking, television appearances, business partnerships and philanthropy, primarily through The Jeremy Lin Foundation, which seeks to “love and serve youth from overlooked AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) and other communities of color through community empowerment, solidarity, and narrative change.” He reaches over 20M followers on social media platforms around the world.
