ECPA names finalists for the 2020 Christian Book Awards®
At a time when the world most needs messages of hope and faith, ECPA has named the year’s best books and Bibles by announcing the 65 finalists from 26 publishers in 12 categories for the 2020 Christian Book Award® program. The winners will be broadcast online on May 5th and feature bestselling author of The Power of a Praying® series, Stormie Omartian, who will deliver a prayer for the world and for the industry.
ECPA releases April Bestseller Lists: Two new releases in Top 10
The books represented in this month’s bestsellers lists offer hope to the church and the world because they convey the eternal message that God is our help in times of trouble. There are two new releases in the Top 10, each offering a unique experience for readers: The Jerusalem Assassin by Joel Rosenberg (Tyndale House Publishers) and The End of Mental Illness by Daniel Amen (Tyndale Momentum).

Kyle Olund named senior acquisitions editor for W Publishing
Thomas Nelson has announced Kyle Olund as senior acquisitions editor for W Publishing, a nonfiction imprint of Thomas Nelson. In this role Olund will work to acquire key authors as well as discover dynamic, new Christian voices. He will also lead the entire editorial process for his acquired projects, which includes strategic editorial direction, titling, packaging, and author relationship development.
