Court reinstates vaccine and testing mandates for employers of 100 or more
Flagler Law Group: On December 17, a federal appellate court reinstated the OSHA vaccine and testing mandate for private employers with 100 or more employees. OSHA announced that it will not enforce the vaccine mandate until January 10, 2022 and the testing requirements until February 9. The OSHA regulations still have another hurdle before implementation: the Supreme Court will hear arguments on the case on January 7.

Two Kregel titles made the Southwestern Journal of Theology’s “Book of the Year” List
Kregel Academic & Ministry, an imprint of Kregel Publications, is pleased to announce that two titles have made the "Book of the Year" list in the Southwestern Journal of Theology (SWJT), the theological academic journal of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (SWBTS), Editor David S. Zonderkidz book distributed to over 700 families in NICU’s around the country
Zonderkidz author Laura Sassi connected with Jessika Sanders of the non-profit ministry Praying Through the NICU this fall on social media. A 15-book donation of the seasonal favorite "Goodnight, Manger" from the author and Zonderkidz grew into an idea which got funding support from ministry supporters around the country and resulted in 771 books being presented to hospitals with NICUs and PICUs in 16 states this Christmas.
