Align Insight has acquired North American rights to This Little Light of Mine: A Memoir of Purity, Dark Secrets, and Escaping a Man Named Jeffrey Epstein by Epstein survivor Johanna Sjoberg, for publication in September 2027.
Described as the only Epstein memoir told from a Christian faith perspective, the book recounts Sjoberg’s experience of grooming and survival, and her journey to reclaim the faith she thought she had lost. Her testimony, unsealed by a federal judge in the Virginia Giuffre civil defamation lawsuit, provided one of the earliest and most detailed accounts of Jeffrey Epstein’s and Ghislaine Maxwell’s recruitment practices for sexual abuse.
Susan Tjaden, Vice President and Executive Editor at Align Insight, acquired the rights at auction from Mel Berger of WME.
Align Insight is an imprint of Penguin Random House Christian Publishing Group, a division of Penguin Random House LLC.
