Ada, Mich. (Oct. 22, 2025)— Baker Publishing Group is pleased to announce the promotion of two long-time employees to vice president roles as the company expands its leadership team to drive strategic growth across trade nonfiction, children’s publishing, and Bible resources.
Eileen Hanson is being promoted to Vice President of Trade Nonfiction and Integrated Marketing and Andy McGuire to Vice President of Editorial: Bethany House, Children’s Publishing & Bibles.
In her expanded role, Hanson will continue to lead marketing for Baker Books, Bethany House Nonfiction, Revell Nonfiction, and Chosen. In addition to those areas of oversight, she will add cross-vertical initiatives, programs, and brands to her list of responsibilities.
“Eileen is a proven leader and the ultimate publishing professional,” said Bob Gaudet, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Publicity. “I am excited to increase her impact for Baker Publishing in this new role.”
McGuire, an industry veteran who has been with Baker for 17 years, will continue to have responsibility for editorial direction of Bethany House and will expand his role to also oversee the development of both children’s and Bible publishing for Baker Publishing Group.
