Neumair’s agenting responsibilities will continue at the company in Grand Rapids and will expand to include agency innovation, staff development, strategic author acquisitions, and oversight of publisher relations.
Neumair joined the company in 2009 as literary agent and was promoted to senior literary agent four years later. She has been a catalyst for explosive growth in the company’s nonfiction department over the last nine years.
