Top Shelf Book Cover Awards celebrate 10 years with new categories and judging format
ECPA will celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the Top Shelf Book Cover Award – with special program features including the addition of four categories: Non-Fiction, Fiction, Bibles, and Children’s. The submission period will open on April 15 and each participating publisher will be invited to join the judging panel.
