Ted Terry, founder of The Noble Marketing Group, dies at 82
Ted H. Terry, whose service to the Christian publishing and bookselling industry dates back more than 60 years, died on Wednesday, January 29 at the age of 82 after an extended illness. Terry was the founder of the Noble Marketing Group, which began its work in April 2001. Terry was recognized with the ECPA Chair Award last May for his service to the industry.

Founder and CEO of Bookshop.org to present at Leadership Summit on the future of independent retail
Andy Hunter, whose Bookshop.org has just made the news this week by adding ebook sales to its platform, will present at the upcoming ECPA Leadership Summit on “What’s Coming Next for Independent Retailing.” He joins thought leaders Jane Friedman, who will speak on publishing trends, and Mark James of Performance Advisors Group, an expert on building company culture around remote, hybrid, and in-office personnel. The program also includes expert panels on audiobooks and accessibility, along with speakers who will encourage leaders with wisdom in their unique role in Christian publishing.
