The conference is offered in-person every other year and remains an industry favorite for networking, targeted training, and inspiration around the mission of Christian publishing.
ECPA PubU will offer more than 35 sessions in tracks developed around publishing roles, curated by industry leaders who make up the PubU Brain Trust:

MARKETING TRACK
PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS TRACK
PUBLICITY TRACK
Additionally, attendees can opt to sign up, without additional cost, for the PubU CHILDREN’S BOOK SUMMIT or the Christy ART OF WRITING CONFERENCE, both held the afternoon of November 14 after the PubU track sessions have concluded.
Registrants will also have access to various online MASTER CLASSES and the annual Christian Publishing Trends Report produced by Circana. Sessions and speakers are being posted at ECPAPubU.org.
As a special promotion this year, for every five people registered from the same company, the sixth registration is free. View the registration page for details. The early bird rate is in effect until September 27.
“Being in-person always carries exponential benefit in training and connection opportunities. We look forward to the tangible benefits of gathering together in a new conference space in Downers Grove, around the exceptional content curated by the track leaders,” states ECPA president Jeff Crosby.
“For 20 years, ECPA’s annual PubU program has been the premiere training and networking event for publishing teams, practitioners, and emerging leaders in Christian publishing.”
ECPA PubU will continue its Emerging Leader mentorship program, offering scholarships to up-and-coming industry leaders. Additionally, each emerging leader scholar will be part of a special morning program at PubU, and matched with an industry mentor for a year-long mentorship.
All ECPA publishers are invited to nominate their Emerging Leader candidates before September 20.
