Revell celebrates the life of Dr. David Stoop
Revell, a division of Baker Publishing Group, announces the passing of bestselling author Dr. David Stoop on March 10, 2021, at the age of 83. Dr. Stoop was the founder and director of the Center for Family Therapy and served as a psychologist and family counselor for more than thirty-five years. His passion for helping families was clearly demonstrated in his practice; on the nationally syndicated radio and TV program, New Life Live; on his blog, Marriage and Family Matters; and within the pages of his numerous books.

Mountain Brook Ink partners with Hollywood producer
Author and publisher of Mountain Brook Ink, Miralee Ferrell, has partnered with the producer at American Cinema International, to produce three of her books. The first one, Runaway Romance, will air on UP TV, the second (Follow Your Heart) on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries, and the third, Finding Love in Bridal Veil (renamed for the movie, Finding Love in Mountainview) is airing this fall on the Hallmark channel. Another of MBI’s authors, Angela Ruth Strong, recently returned from visiting the set of her upcoming movie, based on her book, Finding Love in Big Sky, Montana. Miralee Ferrell and Kimberly Rose Johnson, another MBI author, have signed an option for an additional movie, Finding Love in San Antonio, Texas. MBI hopes this will be a long and productive relationship for both ACI and MBI. ACI is currently considering three other books published by MBI.
