Russell Moore to join Christianity Today to lead new Public Theology Project

Christianity Today is announcing the hiring of Russell Moore to serve as a full-time public theologian for the publication and to lead a new Public Theology Project. “We could not be more pleased with the addition of Russell Moore in this role,” said Christianity Today’s president and CEO, Timothy Dalrymple. “Russell has established himself as one of the most significant evangelical voices of our time.”

Tyndale House Publishers promotes Sarah Atkinson to Publisher

Tyndale House Publishers is pleased to announce that Sarah Atkinson has been named to the role of publisher. As publisher of Tyndale Momentum, Atkinson will be leading a team of nonfiction editors including acquisitions director Jon Farrar, senior developmental editor Carol Traver, and senior acquisitions editors Kara Leonino and Jillian Schlossberg. Jan Long Harris is continuing in her role as executive publisher of nonfiction, with primary responsibility for a new nonfiction imprint, Tyndale Refresh, and other new imprints in the works.

HarperCollins Christian Publishing wins four 2021 SEPA Awards, including Book of the Year

The Spanish publishing division at HarperCollins Christian Publishing (HCCP) was recognized and honored with four awards, including Book of the Year, at the 2021 Spanish Evangelical Publishing Association (SEPA) banquet on May 13, 2021. At the awards banquet, hosted in conjunction with the Spanish Christian Trade Show, Expolit "Renueva tu mente" (Renew Your Mind) by Miguel Nuñez (Editorial Vida) was named the 2021 SEPA Book of the Year. In addition, the book won Book Cover of the Year in the Art & Design category for the cover designed by Aneudys González.

Guideposts Magazine celebrates 75 years in print by investing in future

Celebrating more than seven decades in print, Guideposts magazine announced significant investments in the future of the long-running inspirational publication to continue encouraging millions of readers with the message that anything is possible with hope, faith, and prayer. The magazine will begin a bimonthly publication schedule, add a minimum of 30 pages per issue printed on higher quality paper, and new, highly anticipated editorial features in an updated design format.
