HarperCollins Christian Publishing remembers apologist Ravi Zacharias
HarperCollins Christian Publishing is remembering the life and influence of long-time author, apologist, global speaker and ministry leader Ravi Zacharias. Zacharias passed on May 19, 2020, after a brief battle with sarcoma. He was 74. Zacharias is survived by his wife of 48 years, Margie; daughters, Sarah and Naomi; son, Nathan; and five grandchildren.
Christianbook announces they are back up and running after COVID-19 closure
The Christianbook distribution center was closed in mid-April due to the Peabody Massachusetts-based business being located in a COVID-19 hotspot. All employees were paid during the closure and the business has reopened with all CDC requirements in place to keep employees safe as they efficiently process the backlog. “We remain committed to exceptional customer service and are excited to serve our customers again,” stated President/CEO Ray Hendrickson.
ECPA presents free webinar this week on Responding to the Needs of the Church
ECPA continues the Virtual Summit Series this Thursday, May 28, in a conversation with Trade Group Publisher for B&H Publishing, Devin Maddox—along with Bob Pritchett, president and CEO of Faithlife, and Jesse Myers, Associate Publisher of Lexham Press. Devin, Bob, and Jesse will share their strategies for meeting the needs of the church at this time.

This month, "The Care of Souls: Cultivating a Pastor’s Heart" by Senkbeil received the ECPA 2020 Christian Book Award® for the Ministry Resources category.
