ECPA releases November’s Christian book bestsellers
The bestseller lists for November were released on Friday with Holier Than Thou (B&H) by Jackie Hill Perry topping the New Release list, representing titles released 90 days ago. The top titles in the Top 50 list are: Jesus Listens (Thomas Nelson) by Sarah Young at #1; followed by Where Do We Go From Here? (Thomas Nelson) by David Jeremiah; The 5 Love Languages (Moody) by Gary Chapman; and Crazy Faith (WaterBrook) by Michael Todd. The #1 book on the Fiction list was Redeeming Love (Multnomah) by Francine Rivers.
Leslie H. Stobbe joins Elk Lake Publishing, Inc.
Elk Lake Publishing, Inc. is honored to announce Leslie H. Stobbe, former publisher, editor, and agent, has joined the company as an Associate Acquisitions Editor. Stobbe will attend writers conferences, interview authors, and serve as a book coach to those contracted.

It's time to present the best book and Bible cover designs in Christian publishing
The industry is invited to attend a live webcast announcing the winners of the 2021 Top Shelf Book Cover Awards on Friday, November 12th at 2:30pm CST. The webcast will feature comments about the winners from the judges and presentation by Justin Ahrens of Rule29, and ECPA president Jeff Crosby.

Baker Publishing Group authors win 2021 Christy Awards, including Book of the Year
On October 28, ECPA announced the 2021 Christy Award winners in a virtual gala. Four Baker Publishing Group authors were recipients of this prestigious award, including Amanda Cox, whose debut novel, "The Edge of Belonging" (Revell), won both the 2021 Christy Book of the Year Award and the First Novel Award.

The ECPA board of directors recently approved and welcomed the following companies into ECPA:
- The Gospel Coalition: The Gospel Coalition supports the church by providing resources (through online publishing and books) that are trusted and timely, winsome and wise, and centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Books & Such Literary Management: Books & Such Literary Management, founded in 1996, consists of six agents who specialize in representing 250 Christian authors who produce adult fiction and nonfiction as well as children’s book authors.
