ECPA names finalists for The Christy Award® in nine fiction categories

ECPA announced 32 finalists for the The Christy Award program last week in an online webcast hosted by Christy Hall of Fame author Chris Fabry and ECPA president Jeff Crosby.  The Christy Award® exists to celebrate excellence in the art of Christian fiction and to honor the power of faith in story. Winners to be revealed in free online Winners Gala held November 16 at 7 pm central.

Salem author and speaker Gary Miracle on Jesus Calling Podcast

Author and speaker Gary Miracle recently joined the Jesus Calling Podcast to share how he unexpectedly found himself on his deathbed in the emergency room, with a 1.7% chance of surviving the night. A series of small miracles lined up, and though he ultimately lost all four limbs, Gary’s life was spared, inspiring MercyMe’s hit song, “Say I Won’t.” Miracle’s book, “No More Bad Days,” is available from Salem Books.
