CHICAGO – Independent Publishers Group (IPG) is pleased to announce a partnership with Batch for Books to simplify the invoicing process for independent bookstores.
Batch provides a simple, paperless solution to help independent bookstores more easily manage, organize, and pay invoices. IPG will send invoices to Batch, who aggregates all invoices into an easy-to-use portal. Booksellers can also make single payments through Batch for multiple invoices, and Batch will separate and send payments back to IPG and other participating distributors or publishers. The Batch portal is free for indie booksellers to use.

The partnership went live for mutual customers of IPG and Batch on October 1, 2024.
