With over three decades of proven leadership in Christian publishing, Shurley brings extensive experience in strategic sales, marketing innovation, and organizational growth to her new role.
Throughout her career, Shurley has built a reputation for driving measurable results and nurturing high-performance teams. She has served in managerial and leadership roles with several Christian publishers, most recently as Associate Publisher of Marketing and Sales at Lexham Press where she doubled key account revenues in her first year.
At NGP, Shurley will oversee all aspects of sales strategy, channel development, and partnership expansion, with a focus on strengthening relationships across trade, institutional, and global markets. Her proven ability to align business goals with organizational mission reflects her deep understanding of Christian publishing as both ministry and marketplace, which will allow New Growth Press to expand its reach while maintaining its commitment to gospel-centered excellence. She will also be working alongside the acquisitions team in recruiting new authors and ministry partnerships for future titles.
