Northwestern Publishing House (NPH) announces the release of two new volumes in its ongoing 12-volume People’s Bible Devotions series: Being the People of the Promise and We Have Seen His Glory.
Designed to guide readers through the entire Bible, the People’s Bible Devotions series offers a meaningful and meditative journey through God’s Word. Drawing on the biblical knowledge and ministry experience of its authors, each volume provides accessible scriptural insights that encourage readers to reflect on God’s promises, grow in their understanding of Scripture, and find rest and inspiration in their daily time with him.
The series’ fifth volume, Being the People of the Promise, contains 105 short meditations on selected verses from Joshua, Judges, Ruth, and 1 and 2 Samuel. Through these Old Testament books, readers encounter the faithfulness of God as he keeps his promises to his people—and see how those promises continue to provide confidence and encouragement today.
The sixth volume, We Have Seen His Glory, includes 135 brief devotions on selected verses from the New Testament writings of the apostle John. Centered on the truth that changes everything, these devotions direct readers to God’s promise of a Savior, fulfilled in Christ Jesus.
As the People’s Bible Devotions series continues toward its planned 12-volume completion, NPH remains committed to providing Christ-centered resources that help readers engage with God’s Word and apply its truths to everyday life.
