Grand Rapids, MI (March 30, 2026) — Petradi International Rights Services has announced that Mr. Jade Doyel will assume ownership of Riggins Rights Management, effective April 1, 2026. Jade has worked closely with clients, licensing, partners and the team as vice president of Riggins Rights Management for seven years. Under his continued leadership, the newly formed Petradi Rights Management team will maintain its emphasis on proprietary rights management. Petradi will remain focused on serving existing and future clients as well as licensing partners worldwide.
Upon the acquisition, Riggins Rights Management will rebrand to Petradi International Rights Services d/b/a Petradi Rights Management. Petradi originates from the Greek root word for rock, “Petra,” and means a small stone, a pebble, or gemstone.
Jade is thrilled to take the helm of this company which will continue with the same team. All team members have expressed their support and commitment to providing quality service to each client and publishing partner. Existing clients and licensing partners express their gratitude to Cindy for her important contribution to Christian publishing. They have also been supportive of this transition, restating their commitment to continue working with Petradi Rights Management and wishing Jade Doyel success. Everyone truly appreciates the company will continue with the same team and quality service provided by Riggins Rights Management. Cindy Riggins, Owner and President of Riggins Rights Management, will retire but she will become a board member of Petradi.
Petradi Rights Management will continue to utilize its proprietary rights management system, employ targeted cross-media marketing, event attendance, and licensing partner relationships for maximum licensing results.

ABOUT JADE DOYEL
Jade began his publishing journey in Korea, where he worked to acquire English-language titles for translation and publication. Having also worked in China and Spain, his international experience, coupled with a passion for bringing faith-based literature across borders, has shaped his career in rights management for over two decades. His educational credentials include a BA from Iowa State University and an MS in Intellectual Property Law from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Jade has worked at Riggins Rights Management for seven years. He will now become President and Owner, Petradi International Rights Services, Inc. (formerly Riggins Rights Management).
