NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Zondervan today announced that Mark Glesne is joining Zondervan Books as Vice President of Marketing. Zondervan Books is the home to multiple award-winning books and bestselling authors including Rick Warren, Shauna Niequist, Craig Groeschel, Lee Strobel, and Rebekah Lyons.
Glesne joins Zondervan Books with twenty years of marketing experience, most recently leading for six years the Special Imprints team at HarperCollins Christian Publishing. In that role, he led the brand marketing teams for New York Times bestselling authors Lysa TerKeurst and Max Lucado, as well as other high-impact publishing initiatives for the company.
As the Vice President of Marketing for Zondervan Books, Glesne will set the strategy and oversee all marketing and publicity efforts for the publishing group. “I’m incredibly excited to join the Zondervan Books team,” he commented, “and look forward to serving our faithful authors alongside our innovative publishing team.” His first day will be December 11, 2023.
