NPD sales trend report for Christian book market presented at Leadership Summit
Kristen McLean, Executive Director of Business Development for The NPD Group, will give her annual report on May 10 at the ECPA Leadership Summit during her session, “Market Data and Sales Trends for Christian Publishers.” Held May 9-10 in Nashville for Christian publishing leaders, the Leadership Summit will be the only opportunity this year to hear from McLean about the Christian publishing industry. ECPA releases monthly Christian bestseller lists for February
ECPA has released the monthly Christian bestseller lists for February 2023 in 15 categories, including Bibles and Spanish, based on sales data from NPD Bookscan. The #1 bestselling title continues as “Good Boundaries and Goodbyes” by Lysa TerKeurst (Thomas Nelson). TerKeurst has seven titles in the top 50 bestselling titles for the month.

End Game Press is excited to announce that CNI Distribution will now serve as their warehouse and fulfillment center beginning in February this year. CNI Distribution is a division of Christian Network International and is one of the largest independent distributors in Contemporary Christian retailing.

The Association of American Publishers (AAP) has released its StatShot report for December 2022 reflecting reported revenue for Trade (Consumer Books), Higher Education Course Materials, and Professional Publishing. Trade (Consumer Book) revenues were down 6.3% for the month of December, and down 6.2% for full calendar year.
